“I didn’t grow up dreaming of working with celebrities or CEOs,” Levine shares. “What I had was a genuine interest in people and a belief that trust is earned, not assumed.”
Since joining Career Group Companies in 2010, Emily’s client base has evolved from startups and firms to private estates, Fortune 500 organizations, and household names—where chemistry and judgment are as critical as experience.
“These roles are high-touch and nuanced,” she explains. “There’s no job description that can fully capture what they require. Intuition, discretion, and excellence matter most."
