Tori Kuffler discovered her passion for recruiting after years of connecting with others through roles in fashion, admissions, and retail. She enjoys building relationships with candidates and helping them find positions that align with their values and strengths. Her advice to job seekers is that your job should support who you are—not define you. Tori looks for candidates who are passionate, detail-oriented, and driven. She earned her BBA in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Beauty from LIM College. Outside of work, she takes voice lessons, attends Pure Barre, sees Broadway shows, and loves relaxing at home with her two cats and a nice home-cooked meal.
