Taylor Collins

Taylor was drawn to recruiting for the opportunity to work with people and make a meaningful impact on their careers. She especially loves making offer calls and sharing in the excitement of a candidate’s next step.

When it comes to job searching, Taylor encourages candidates to be patient and confident in what they bring to the table. She values eagerness, strong communication, and dependability, and believes the right opportunity is worth waiting for.

Taylor studied Economics and English Literature at Bucknell University. Before joining Career Group Companies, she worked in an elementary school’s administrative office, supporting families and managing student records.

Outside of work, Taylor loves running as a way to explore the city, reading, and playing tennis with friends.
