Ruby began her career in recruiting shortly after college and quickly discovered a passion for connecting people with opportunities that positively impact their lives. Since then, she has continued building experience across recruiting, HR, and administrative support roles.

What Ruby enjoys most about her work is helping candidates take the next step in their careers and supporting them as they build fulfilling futures for themselves and their families. She values enthusiasm, responsiveness, and strong experience when evaluating candidates, and believes persistence is key throughout the job search process.

Ruby earned her degree in Communications with a minor in Technology Management from University of California, Davis. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, shopping, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
