She finds the most rewarding part of her work is engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and helping guide them toward new opportunities. She values candidates who are motivated, passionate, and present themselves with professionalism.

She earned her degree in Communications and Public Relations from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants with friends and family, and keeping up with her favorite reality TV shows.
