Mikayla began her career in sales, where she developed a strong foundation in relationship management, communication, and understanding business needs. She was drawn to recruiting because it allowed her to combine those skills with a more personal, people-focused approach—helping candidates find new opportunities while supporting companies in building strong teams.

What Mikayla enjoys most about her work is building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates and being part of meaningful career growth along the way.

Mikayla studied Business Management with a concentration in International Business and Leadership at San José State University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and attending music events with friends.
