Lena Kaskavalciyan brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her role as an Account Coordinator at Career Group. After exploring different career paths following college, she discovered recruiting through a close friend and quickly realized it was a natural fit.

Lena is driven by the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives and enjoys supporting candidates through every step of the job search process. She encourages job seekers to stay resilient, be authentic, and keep multiple opportunities in play. When evaluating candidates, she looks for authenticity, personability, and adaptability, knowing that strong placements ultimately come down to culture fit.

Lena earned her degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida. Prior to joining CGC, she spent several years supporting events for her family’s coaching business, gaining exposure to high-energy, entrepreneurial environments. Outside of work, Lena enjoys live music and comedy, camping, hiking, biking, yoga, and spending time outdoors.
