What Leila loves most about her role is that no two days are the same. She enjoys meeting new people, supporting the hiring process, and helping opportunities come together for both candidates and clients. Leila encourages job seekers to stay open-minded and persistent throughout their search, believing that the right opportunity often comes from remaining flexible and continuing to learn along the way.

She earned her degree in Media Advertising from Indiana University Bloomington. Before joining CGC, she gained experience through internships in the fashion and beauty PR industries.Outside of work, Leila enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring New York City, and spending time with friends and family.
