Isabella Modica was drawn to recruiting through her background in psychology and her passion for helping people. She loves connecting with a diverse range of candidates and helping each person take the next step toward their career goals.

She studied Psychology with a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies at San Diego State University’s Honors College. Before joining CGC, she gained experience through research in interpersonal traits and data analysis.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys hiking, swimming at the beach, and attending concerts.
