Grace Forelle is a Recruiting Associate at Fourth Floor with a background rooted in creative collaboration and relationship building. She began her career in the fashion industry, supporting styling and VIP PR initiatives, where she worked closely with talent and fast-moving teams. Through these experiences, Grace discovered a natural affinity for connecting with people and ensuring the right individuals were part of each project—ultimately inspiring her transition into recruiting.

Grace is passionate about helping individuals find roles where they can thrive and make a meaningful impact. She finds fulfillment in building relationships, understanding each person’s unique strengths, and guiding them toward opportunities that align with their goals. She values candidates who are collaborative, adaptable, and bring a growth mindset to their work.

She earned her degree in Humanities from Colorado College. Outside of work, Grace enjoys staying active through Pilates, spending time at the gym, hiking with her dogs, and being outdoors.
