Emma Gaft is a Recruiting Coordinator in Miami at Career Group Companies, where she brings a thoughtful and people-first approach to talent acquisition. She first discovered her interest in recruiting during an HR internship, where she worked closely with talent acquisition and found a natural passion for connecting with candidates and learning their unique stories.

Emma enjoys collaborating with her team and meeting new people every day. She finds it especially rewarding to guide candidates toward opportunities that genuinely excite them and align with their strengths. She values candidates who communicate clearly, carry confidence in their experience, and present themselves with professionalism and respect.

She earned her degree in Cognitive Science with a minor in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, Emma enjoys staying active through outdoor activities and fitness classes, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
