Background

Collett’s passion for events started early, growing up around large-scale productions and naturally gravitating toward leadership roles in event planning throughout high school and college. Over time, that passion evolved into a career supporting major live events, festivals, and guest experiences across the country.

She loves the energy and impact of events, especially creating memorable experiences that guests return to year after year. Collett is passionate about building strong teams, problem-solving in fast-paced environments, and helping create moments people will always remember. In candidates, she values passion, attentiveness, and adaptability, believing that a positive attitude and willingness to learn can open the door to incredible opportunities.

Collett earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the The University of Alabama, studying PR/Communications and Sport Hospitality Management. Outside of work, Collett loves movies and traveling with her husband, having visited more than 20 countries together.
