Executive Assistant

Location: Midtown East
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across a fast-moving schedule
- Book conference rooms and oversee meeting logistics
- Navigate frequent last-minute changes and shifting priorities with ease
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and process expense reports
- Prepare polished presentation materials and PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinate team lunches twice weekly, including pickup and delivery to security
- Provide proactive, high-touch support while maintaining a strong level of discretion
Ideal Background:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience within financial services is preferred
- Strong track record of tenure and stability within previous roles
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment
- Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Professional, polished, and confident communicator
- A warm, outgoing personality with a sense of humor and the ability to build strong relationships with the team
