Recruiting Coordinator

A premier investment management firm is seeking an energetic, highly organized, and proactive Recruiting Coordinator. This is a critical high-impact role where you will own interview logistics and search workflows from start to finish, serving as the central hub between internal hiring managers, candidates, and recruiting agency partners.

Location: New York, NY (Midtown East)

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote — Mondays & Fridays)

Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with internal recruiters and hiring managers to own candidate workflows and interview scheduling across global offices.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for external recruiting partners to keep search pipelines, candidate submissions, and interview stages moving efficiently.
• Master complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain candidate records, update pipelines, and manage workflows using Greenhouse (ATS).
• Compile and deliver weekly candidate tracking reports for leadership and key business heads.
• Establish strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across the firm while handling sensitive data with complete confidentiality.
• Assist with talent acquisition projects and operational needs as the business evolves.
Candidate Qualifications
• Experience: 1–5 years of professional experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Talent Acquisition Assistant
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred, but any modern ATS is welcome). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and top-tier written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks in a high-volume environment, and move searches forward with momentum.
• A flexible, team-first attitude—excited to navigate shifting priorities and tackle varied tasks daily.
