Executive Assistant

A prestigious global financial services firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join its Dallas team. The firm has a strong reputation in the industry, with offices across the U.S. and internationally, and works with some of the most prominent businesses and leaders in the market. The Dallas team is moving into brand-new, high-end office space in a great location, and this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
The ideal candidate is a highly capable Executive Assistant who knows how to stay one step ahead. They are proactive, organized, and confident managing multiple senior professionals with demanding schedules and competing priorities. They have strong judgment, excellent attention to detail, and a natural ability to anticipate needs and keep things moving.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level executive support to 3–4 senior professionals
• Own complex calendars, scheduling, meetings, and competing priorities
• Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel and expenses
• Stay ahead of follow-ups, deadlines, and key priorities
• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling and logistical issues
• Partner closely with the existing administrative lead and broader team • Assist with meetings, presentations, and special projects as needed
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment
Qualifications
• Strong experience providing high-level executive support within an established organization
• Experience supporting multiple senior executives, Partners, Managing Directors, or comparable leadership preferred
• Finance or professional services experience preferred
• Excellent calendar management, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong judgment with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities
• Proactive, resourceful, and highly detail-oriented
• Collaborative and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
• CRM experience preferred, but not required
• AI proficiency is a plus
