Sales Associate

Our client, a trendy eyewear company, is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of customer service and support a positive customer experience
Assist customers with product selection and general inquiries
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and brand standards
Represent the brand in a professional manner
Support daily store operations and maintain an organized environment
Assist with merchandising, inventory, and general store needs
Work collaboratively with management and team members to support store goals
Follow company policies and procedures
Assist with both customer-facing and operational responsibilities as needed
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store environment

Qualifications:

1-2+ years of experience
Fashion or related industry experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented with a professional approach
Interest in fashion and current trends
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Ability to meet the physical requirements of a retail environment
