Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist

Our client, an iconic Family Entertainment Giant, is seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist to support retail and ecommerce promotions, customer data, direct marketing campaigns, and reporting. If you have an exceptional attention to detail, strong execution skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and can communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, this may be the role for you!

Must be able to work onsite in Los Angeles
This is a 6 month temporary assignment
Pay: $40–60/hour

Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute promotions across retail and ecommerce channels.
• Set up promotions in Shopify and/or POS systems.
• Prepare and validate price list for product level promotions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to promotion execution
• Oversee production schedule in alignment to marketing targets
• Manage customer lists and data for catalog/direct mail campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely execution.
• Serve as the expert on promotion capabilities, partnering with Marketing, Retention, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to recommend the most effective execution approach while ensuring accurate implementation.

Qualifications:
• At least 3+ years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, retail, data, or business operations.
• Experience with Shopify, POS systems, retail operations, customer databases, and SQL preferred
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with promotion management, data management, and QA/testing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
