Executive Assistant
Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a polished, experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior executive and the teams they lead. This role blends high-level administrative support with a significant personal assistant component (~40%), requiring discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
-Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar and coordinate internal and external meetings
-Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including private aviation, and manage related logistics and expenses
-Prepare and process expense reports
-Screen calls and manage a high volume of inbound requests, exercising judgment on prioritization
-Draft correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive
-Provide personal assistant support as needed
-Partner with other administrative staff and provide backup coverage as needed
-Handle ad hoc projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree required
-7-10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite level executives
-Financial services experience required
-Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
-High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Flexible and responsive, including evenings/weekends as needed
