Case Manager (Litigation Support / Paralegal)
A premier, high-stakes litigation and advisory boutique located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a bright, ambitious recent college graduate to join their elite team as a Case Manager.
The role is explicitly designed as a prestigious two-year springboard for high-achieving pre-law candidates or aspiring graduate students before pursuing advanced degrees at top-tier universities. You will work side-by-side with brilliant trial lawyers on high-profile matters, gaining substantive hands-on legal experience from day one.
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 base + Substantial Paid Overtime + Discretionary Bonus

Location: Midtown NYC- 4 days on-site in the Midtown office, 1 day remote (flexibility for 5 days on-site is required during trial preparations or client demands).
Standard hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 PM- Candidates must possess high flexibility for extended hours and paid overtime during active discovery crunches, hearings, and trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Litigation & Trial Support: Manage case files, pleadings, and discovery; prepare witness binders, trial exhibits, and deposition materials; assist with document collection, productions, and privilege logs.
- Document & Court Management: Format, proofread, and finalize court filings in strict compliance with local and federal rules; maintain meticulous calendar tracking and deadline management.
- Research & Investigation: Conduct background and factual research on individuals, organizations, and legal issues; draft concise timelines, status reports, and news briefings for trial teams.
- Client & Team Communication: Serve as a professional liaison for client logistics; collaborate across legal teams with a low-ego, team-first mentality.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree required. Graduates of Ivy League and other top-tier universities are especially encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship exposure in a legal, corporate, or fast-paced professional environment is a plus, but raw intellect, drive, and attitude are paramount.
- Extremely ambitious, outgoing, and extroverted; exceptionally warm with low ego, high resilience, and an eagerness to dive into the trenches.
- A two-year commitment to fully maximize the professional development and mentorship trajectory.
