Live Event Merchandise Manager

Our client, a global entertainment company, is seeking a TEMPORARY Front of House Manager to join their Edmonton team for their exciting live event from September 17th – 19th!

Responsibilities:
- On-Site Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for all on-the-ground operations and venue management throughout the duration of the event.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high and positive energy while assisting guests and employees with any questions.
- Staff Supervision: Manage, break, and lead all front-of-house staff to maintain strict service standards.
- Technical & AV Oversight: Supervise on-site tech set up, monitor event equipment performance, and collaborate with technicians to resolve any technical disruptions.
- Problem Resolution: Act as the escalations contact for attendee inquiries, medical or logistical emergencies, and operational bottlenecks to guarantee guest safety and satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working a temporary assignment from September 17th – 19th on site in Edmonton, Canada.
- 2+ years of experience in live event leadership roles.
