Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Assistant Store Manager to join a well-established American sportswear and lifestyle brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused retail leader who enjoys building client relationships, developing teams, and driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, sales performance, and customer experience.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
Coach and develop sales associates on selling techniques, product knowledge, and clienteling strategies.
Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Support visual merchandising, inventory management, loss prevention, and operational standards.
Assist with client outreach, in-store events, and community engagement to strengthen customer loyalty.
Foster a positive, collaborative team environment centered on professionalism and outstanding service.

What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of retail management experience preferred.
A strong sales mindset with a proven ability to achieve goals and drive results.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
A passion for customer service, clienteling, and creating an exceptional shopping experience.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
