Luxury Boutique Server

Our client, an iconic luxury jewelry house, is seeking an ongoing TEMPORARY Luxury Boutique Server to assist their team at their beautiful store in Costa Mesa!

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistent presence throughout all boutique common areas, ensuring clients are assisted promptly, efficiently, and with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Remain within sightline of the sales team when clients are not present to provide immediate support as clients enter or needs arise.
- Offer a non-alcoholic beverage first during every client interaction, including still or sparkling water, coffee, espresso, and tea.
- Knowledgeably present and serve alcoholic beverage options, including wine and champagne, when requested by clients.
- Confirm a client's age when required and partner with boutique management if age cannot be confidently verified before serving alcohol.
- Maintain knowledge of the full beverage and small-bites menu, including coffee, tea, dairy and dairy-alternative options.
- Maintain a spotless, polished, and presentation-ready environment throughout the boutique.
- Promptly clear empty glassware, dishes, and trash following client interactions and properly dispose of items in the BOH/bar area.
- Restock beverage, hospitality, and service supplies as needed, ensuring all items are organized and presented neatly.
- Wipe down and sanitize countertops and high-touch surfaces regularly.
- Rinse glassware and promptly load dishes into the dishwasher.
- Regularly scan all boutique areas to ensure rooms are clean, organized, and ready for clients.
- Organize storage areas to maintain efficiency and order.
- Polish silverware and glassware to ensure all items remain presentation-ready.
- Use trays when appropriate when replenishing or transporting supplies, particularly on the sales floor.

Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with ongoing, temporary work.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Costa Mesa, CA for consideration.
