Project Manager
Our client, a luxury home organization company in New York City, is seeking a polished and highly organized Project Manager to oversee client projects from initial consultation through on-site execution. This hands-on role will manage multiple projects, lead professional organizing teams, coordinate logistics, and deliver an elevated level of service to discerning clientele.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand organizational needs, preferences, and project goals.
- Develop project budgets, timelines, staffing plans, product recommendations, and ordering plans.
- Coordinate products, supplies, deliveries, and other logistics to ensure projects are fully prepared for execution.
- Serve as the primary company representative on-site at client homes.
- Lead teams of professional organizers, delegate responsibilities, and manage daily workflows.
- Troubleshoot challenges in real time and adjust priorities and resources as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee organization, product placement, returns, donations, and overall project presentation.
- Manage project documentation and photography while adhering to privacy and NDA requirements.
- Ensure projects meet company standards for quality, functionality, and presentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, operations, home organization, luxury hospitality, interior design, events, or high-touch client services.
- Experience working with high-net-worth or VIP clientele preferred.
- Polished, professional, and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client service skills.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on-site in private residences 2–4 days per week.
- Genuine interest in organization, functional spaces, and elevated home environments.
Compensation
$75,000–$90,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
