Designer - Sleepwear

Our client, a Juniors + women's manufacturing brand, is looking for a strong and creative Designer for Sleepwear to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:‍

• Partner with Sales and Buyers to develop products that align with market and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Research current and emerging trends across color, print, silhouette, fabrication, and overall aesthetic.
• Develop seasonal design concepts and presentations.
• Create CADs and other design materials for internal and customer presentations.
• Conduct market and trend research.
• Support sample development, reviews, and approvals.
• Collaborate with costing teams and assist with project recaps.
• Maintain organized sample, design, and showroom materials.
• Review samples and provide feedback on color, fabrication, construction, and overall design.
• Communicate regularly with Buyers, Sales, Factories, and internal teams.
• Assist with tech packs, specifications, BOMs, and other development materials.
• Participate in fittings and work with Technical Design and Production to refine product.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Cut & Sew Knits and a variety of fabrications.

Qualifications:‍

• 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience working with major retailers is a plus.
