Executive/Personal Assistant

Our client, an exciting, dynamic position provides executive & personal support to a Senior Partner at a leading private equity firm recognized for its collaborative and high-performing culture. This role supports a respected leader with a fantastic personality.

Location: Midtown NYC in office Monday - Friday
Hours: generally around 9:30am -5:30pm in office Monday – Friday with a 24/7 mentality if needed.

Salary range commensurate with experience: $130-160k base range + discretionary bonus + fully paid benefits premiums, free gym, strong 401k match, free lunch in office, PTO: 4 weeks vacation + sick days.  

Seeking:
• 5+ years of EA and PA experience – finance industry preferred, but open to family office, HNWI support or other fast-paced environments
• Self-directed and highly proactive.
• Collaborative and team-oriented to work with the large admin/EA team
• Composed under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Confident, polished, and professional.
• Strong communication skills to engage with high-level executives, investors, and family members.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
• Serve as the main point of contact and primary Executive Assistant to the Partner for all administrative needs.
• Prioritize meetings and commitments aligned with business goals while managing a dynamic Outlook calendar.
• Partner with travel agencies to arrange detailed domestic and international itineraries.
• Draft briefing materials, agendas, meeting documents, and track follow-up action items.
• Process and reconcile expense reports.
• Handle communications on the Partner’s behalf with efficiency and professionalism.
• Help filter requests, opportunities, and commitments by acting as a strategic gatekeeper.
• Proactively resolve potential issues by anticipating needs before they surface.
• Exercise high discretion when managing confidential and sensitive information.

Personal Support
• Oversee select personal affairs, logistics, and scheduling for the Partner, their spouse, and children.
• Help execute personal projects, dining/travel reservations, and daily family logistics.
• Maintain a flexible, solutions-focused mindset when plans shift and priorities change.
• Function as a reliable resource for both personal and professional demands.
