Executive Assistant to Chief Audit Executive
A leading global investment firm is seeking a proactive and team-oriented Executive Assistant to support a long-standing Chief Audit Executive. This is a high-visibility role supporting a well-respected executive who manages a global team.
The ideal candidate brings top-tier administrative experience from a Big 4 accounting firm or preeminent law firm, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to actively contribute to a vibrant corporate culture.
Base Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience) + Robust year-end bonus

Location: Midtown East, New York, NY (In-Office, Mon–Fri)
Hours are typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Exempt), with the flexibility to arrive early, stay late, or remain accessible for urgent matters when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle heavy, dynamic scheduling across global time zones using Microsoft Outlook for senior leadership and international stakeholders.
• Seamlessly arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, logistics, and accommodations.
• Manage comprehensive, timely expense processing and reporting using SAP Concur.
• Partner closely with international counterparts (including global team EAs) to ensure fluid communication and operational continuity across time zones.
• Assist with team initiatives, meeting preparation, special projects, and administrative needs for supporting Managing Directors and Principals.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile
• Experience: 6 to 8+ years of senior-level Executive Assistant experience, ideally within a Big 4 Accounting firm or a corporate law firm.
• Seeking a collaborative professional who enjoys supporting a broader team ecosystem rather than strictly 1:1 support.
• Highly engaged professional who engages in the firm’s culture and events.
