Assistant Store Manager

Our client, a luxury Italian fashion house, is looking for a TEMPORARY Assistant Store Manager to join their team at their beautiful store in Aspen, CO!

Responsibilities:
- Sales & VIP Clienteling: Drive store KPIs, leading by example, and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Team Leadership: Coach, schedule, and inspire sales advisors to maintain strict luxury service standards.
- Workforce Compliance: Manage daily floor schedules to ensure staff receive all required rest and meal breaks.
- Operational Excellence: Manage inventory audits, enforce loss prevention, and run smooth daily opening/closing procedures.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure flawless boutique aesthetics according to strict corporate guidelines.

Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working a TEMPORARY assignment through the end of the year.
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role.
