Executive Assistant to Chief Sales Officer

A fast-growing, globally recognized marketing and technology enterprise is seeking an exceptional, high-bandwidth Executive Assistant to support a high-impact leader based in Midtown East NYC (in office 3 days/week): primary support for the Chief of Agency Sales, along with targeted calendar and logistical management for a Senior Vice President.

This role is ideal for a seasoned EA who thrives supporting a dynamic, ever-changing environment. The executive travels extensively and manage the firm’s largest, highest-priority global clients. You will serve as the operational backbone of their office - anticipating needs, keeping pace with daily calendar shifts, and delivering flawless client-first execution.

Location: Midtown East, New York, NY (Hybrid 3 days in office: Tue/Wed/Thu in-office; Mon/Fri remote)

Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 Base + Discretionary Bonus (~5%) + Equity + Full Benefits + Unlimited PTO

Hours: Standard 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with light evening/off-hours responsiveness for schedule shifts)

Key Responsibilities
• High-Volume Calendar Management: Own, prioritize, and constantly adjust complex, shifting schedules based on fluid corporate objectives and urgent client demands.
• Global Travel Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, ground transport, accommodations) with precise itineraries.
• Executive & Client Preparedness: Prepare leaders for high-stakes meetings with senior executives, managing logistics, documentation, and video conferencing setup.
• Communication & Monitoring: Monitor incoming email communications and calendars to ensure zero missed touchpoints or conflicting appointments.
• Confidential Operations: Handle sensitive, highly confidential, and strategic business information with complete discretion and professional judgment.
• Special Projects: Assist with ad-hoc operational initiatives, team events, and cross-functional projects as needed.

Qualifications & Background
• Experience: 5–10+ years of administrative support experience assisting C-suite or SVP-level leaders. Prior experience supporting sales or revenue leaders is strongly preferred.
• Industry Background: Strong preference for experience within high-growth digital, tech, agency, entertainment, or startup environments.
• Tech Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Adaptability & Temperament: Proven ability to stay calm, organized, and focused under pressure in a fast-changing environment where travel and calendars shift daily.
• Proactive Problem Solving: A self-starter mindset with superior judgment, sharp attention to detail, and top-tier written/verbal communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred.
