Receptionist

Our client, a confidential financial services firm, is seeking a polished Receptionist to serve as the face of their Miami office. This role is ideal for a professional with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. There is clear opportunity for long-term growth into an Executive Assistant position.

Responsibilities:
-Welcome guests and provide a professional front-of-house experience
-Manage incoming calls, mail, deliveries, and general office coordination
-Prepare meeting spaces and assist with office operations
-Liaise with vendors, building management, and internal teams
-Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
-Fluent in both English and Spanish
-Highly polished, organized, and detail-oriented
-Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
