Executive Assistant to President
A fast-growing, high-profile entertainment tech company is seeking a polished and experienced Executive Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity with an immediate need, offering the chance to step into a critical role and become a trusted right hand.

What You’ll Do
• Manage complex, high-volume calendaring
• Coordinate complex, high-volume travel, including itineraries and logistics; ability to travel for events as needed
• Handle expenses, meetings, and day-to-day administrative support
• Partner with A&R on artist relations and development
• Keep priorities on track and operations running smoothly
• Communicate effectively across executives, internal teams, and talent
• Anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Coordinate and execute event logistics for artist showcases, executive meetings, company events, offsites, and industry conferences
• Serve as a point of contact during events, ensuring seamless execution and resolving last-minute issues
• Remain accessible and responsive outside of standard business hours when urgent needs arise
• Support executives and talent during travel, appearances, and special events, providing hands-on assistance as needed
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3+ years of Executive Assistant experience
• Music, entertainment, or related industry experience preferred
• Professional, polished, and comfortable working with both executives and talent
• Strong communicator with the ability to adapt to different audiences and priorities
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Adaptable and flexible, with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and outside regular business hours as needed
• Comfortable with frequent travel and supporting executives and artist-related initiatives on the road
• Open to candidates relocating to San Francisco
Role Details
• Full-time
• Fully onsite in San Francisco (office + studio environment)
• Travel required
• $100K–$120K base salary + bonus, benefits, and profit sharing
