Retail Sales Support Representative

Our client, a luxury home design company, is looking for a TEMPORARY Sales Support Representative to join their Dallas team for 5-6 months!

Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming sales orders from all showrooms with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for clients, ensuring pricing, product details, and timelines are clear and correct.
- Enter and process orders in ERP system, ensuring that all data is complete, consistent, and up to date.
- Collaborate closely with showroom teams, designers, and operations to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to specification.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies or client concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and product lines to better serve clients.

- Must be comfortable with temporary employment.
- This is an on-site role. Applicants must be willing to reliably commute to Dallas, TX for consideration.
