Global Workplace Experience Manager

A highly respected global investment firm is seeking an experienced Global Workplace Experience Manager to lead workplace operations across multiple international offices. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, service-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about creating an exceptional employee and guest experience.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, overseeing workplace operations, facilities, office services, and a globally distributed team while partnering closely with executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global workplace experience strategy across multiple international offices.
- Lead and mentor a global team responsible for workplace operations and office services.
- Create consistent workplace standards, processes, and service levels while accommodating regional needs.
- Partner with executive leadership on workplace strategy, office utilization, employee experience, and real estate initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including reception, conference room management, catering, visitor experience, workplace technology, and office amenities.
- Coordinate internal meetings, executive visits, board meetings, and special events in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Manage workplace budgets, expenses, reporting, and vendor relationships.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and service providers.
- Partner with building management to ensure workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.
- Support onboarding initiatives by helping create a welcoming and engaging employee experience.
- Drive continuous improvement across workplace programs and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, facilities management, or corporate workplace operations.
- Proven experience managing and developing a globally distributed Workplace Experience, Office Management, or Facilities team.
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, and project management experience.
- Experience partnering with real estate teams, architects, contractors, and property management throughout the office lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Envoy, Ramp, or similar workplace management platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Highly proactive with excellent judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with occasional after-hours support.
- Experience supporting global organizations and/or real estate initiatives is a plus.
