Senior Digital Marketing Associate

Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Associate to manage the planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of the firm’s digital marketing channels. This role will oversee email marketing, website content, marketing automation, social media, subscriptions, and digital analytics while partnering with marketing, sales, and compliance teams to drive engagement and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns supporting sales, brand awareness, client engagement, and product promotion.
  • Manage day-to-day digital channels, including email, website content, marketing automation, and social media.
  • Lead email marketing and automation programs, including segmentation, distribution, testing, reporting, and optimization.
  • Manage audience segmentation, subscription preferences, suppression rules, and list hygiene to improve engagement and deliverability.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure digital communications meet regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain quality control across digital content, including proofreading, copyediting, link testing, formatting, and data accuracy.
  • Manage website content publishing and coordinate content placement and audience targeting.
  • Develop social media promotion strategies tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor digital performance across email, website, and social channels and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc analytics reports for marketing and sales leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content distribution, audience targeting, website traffic, and overall digital engagement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within financial services, asset management, B2B, or another regulated industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience with email marketing, marketing automation, audience segmentation, testing, and performance reporting.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
  • Experience with web and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Highly proficient in HTML for email and web content formatting.
  • Basic understanding of filtering and query logic for managing distribution lists.
  • Familiarity with SEO, metadata optimization, UTM tagging, landing page performance, and digital content optimization is preferred.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and levels of an organization.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of responsiveness and dedication to client service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
