Recruiting Operations Associate
A leading global investment firm is seeking a Recruiting Operations Associate to support their Recruitment Team. This position serves as the operational backbone for the candidate journey, balancing high-volume coordination and logistics with long-term strategy and process innovation.
Location: Midtown East - Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)
*There is also the option to work from the Westport, CT office
Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000 base range DOE + bonus + top-tier benefit package
Schedule: Standard hours 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM; extended availability required during peak recruitment cycles (Fall/Spring)
Key Responsibilities
• Candidate Experience & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, managing high-touch correspondence and guiding candidates seamlessly from initial outreach to onsite visits and offer stages.
• Process Systemization & Analysis: Continually evaluate talent pipelines, tracking event metrics and applicant data to transform manual tasks into repeatable, scalable workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in strategy sessions alongside hiring managers and business units, providing proactive input, feedback, and operational insights.
• Logistical Execution & Event Management: Manage full-lifecycle interview scheduling and oversee campus event planning, including venue coordination, attendee strategy, and collateral logistics.
• Onboarding & Talent Touchpoints: Coordinate new hire integration, oversee documentation, and ensure exceptional candidate engagement throughout every stage of the lifecycle.
Qualifications & Ideal Profile
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience managing high-volume, complex operational workflows (prior talent acquisition experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strategic Mindset: Beyond executing daily coordination, you possess the capacity to analyze big-picture challenges, spot inefficiencies early, and build scalable solutions.
• Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment with seasonal volume fluctuations.
• Communication & Intellectual Rigor: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; thrives in a highly collaborative setting that values direct feedback and continuous improvement.
