Tatum Anderson began her recruiting journey after discovering a passion for connecting people with opportunities during her time in HR. With a degree in Psychology from Tulane University and a minor in Teaching, Learning, and Training, she brings a thoughtful and people-first approach to her work as a Recruiting Coordinator.

Prior to joining Career Group, Tatum worked as an Administrative Assistant and HR Associate, where she honed her skills in candidate support and talent operations. She looks for candidates who not only meet the requirements of the role, but also align culturally and show strong potential for growth. Her best advice to job seekers? Be patient and keep putting yourself out there—the right opportunity will come at the right time.
