As an Onboarding Coordinator, Reydelyn ensures a seamless experience for every new hire at Career Group Companies. With six years of HR and recruitment support experience, she has guided candidates through sourcing, offer letters, background checks, and onboarding, always striving to simplify the process and set them up for success.

Passionate about helping others succeed, Reydelyn describes her work as “being an air traffic controller for someone’s new career launch.” She loves the challenge of finding great candidates, supporting them step-by-step through onboarding, and celebrating their first day with the team. When working with job seekers, Reydelyn advises approaching the job search like a research project—know the company, understand the role, and be proactive with the hiring team. She values candidates who show eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and empathy and integrity in their interactions.

Reydelyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the Philippine College of Criminology and passed her licensure exam in 2023. Outside of work, she enjoys reading across genres and is focused on maintaining a healthy balance through fitness.
