Nicole’s path into recruiting was shaped by her firsthand experience working within UHNW households in both New York and Los Angeles. With a background in teaching and private household support, she developed a deep understanding of the unique dynamics, expectations, and relationships that define private service environments, making recruiting a natural next step.

What Nicole loves most about her role is building meaningful connections and helping clients and candidates find the right fit. She values candidates who take pride in their work, communicate thoughtfully, and bring strong, positive energy to the roles they pursue.

Nicole studied Elementary Education and Political Science at Elon University and Hunter College.Outside of work, Nicole enjoys reading, interior design, estate sales, pickleball, and spending time at home with her husband and cat, Hank.
