Natalie Brandt has always been passionate about meaningful connection and communication. She began her journey with Career Group as an internal candidate and was inspired by the team’s tenacity and intelligence, which led her to pursue a career in recruiting. Natalie loves being part of a candidate’s journey—from the first conversation to sharing the exciting news of a job offer.

Her best advice for job seekers is to not take rejections personally and to view each interview as a learning experience. In her work, Natalie looks for punctuality, warm communication, and career longevity in her candidates. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communications from the University of California, Berkeley, and previously interned at William Morris Endeavor. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, baking, and watching films and TV.
