Molly’s passion for events began early, growing up immersed in the fashion industry and attending shows from a young age. After gaining hands-on experience through an internship supporting large-scale productions, she quickly fell in love with the process of bringing events to life. She went on to support fashion shows during New York Fashion Week, building a strong foundation in high-impact, fast-paced environments.

Molly thrives on collaboration and enjoys working closely with teams to turn creative ideas into fully realized experiences. She finds the most rewarding part of her work in seeing every detail come together, from concept through execution.

Molly studied Merchandise Marketing at FIDM and International Business at the University of Cape Town, giving her a global perspective on branding and events. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time by the water, hosting dinner parties, and exploring art shows and concerts, always drawn to experiences that feel creative and inspiring.
