Kieran Fink is a Recruiting Coordinator in the New York office, where she brings an enthusiastic and people-first approach to supporting both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. Her interest in recruiting began in college when she served as her sorority’s Recruitment Chair, where she discovered a passion for connecting individuals with opportunities that truly fit. That experience, combined with her academic coursework, solidified her path into the recruiting field.

Kieran is especially drawn to the relationship-building aspect of her role and enjoys getting to know what drives both candidates and clients in order to support successful outcomes. She values clear communication, adaptability, and a willingness to learn—qualities she also looks for in candidates.

She earned her degree in Communications and Sports Media from the University of Colorado Boulder, with a minor in Leadership Studies. Outside of work, Kieran enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and exploring New York City’s restaurant scene with friends.
