Gia Polizzi

Gia Polizzi was drawn to recruiting through her outgoing personality and passion for working with people. She enjoys helping candidates find opportunities where they can grow and, most importantly, find where they belong.

Gia believes the best job searches require patience and encourages candidates to trust the process while staying open to the right opportunity. She values personality, professionalism, and kindness, and believes those qualities can make a lasting impression.

She earned her degree in Film and Media Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Gia began her career at CGC as a Front Office Coordinator, building a strong foundation in communication, organization, and relationship-building before transitioning into recruiting.

Outside of work, Gia enjoys hot yoga, Pilates, spending time with friends, going to the beach, and traveling.
