She was first introduced to recruiting through a close friend who recognized her natural ability to connect with people and encouraged her to explore the field. What started as a suggestion quickly became a fulfilling career centered around building relationships and helping others grow professionally.

Desiree is passionate about the impact recruiting can have on both individuals and organizations. She finds the most rewarding part of her work is seeing the excitement on both sides when a candidate finds the right opportunity and a team welcomes a new addition.

She earned her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from California State University, Northridge. Outside of work, Desiree is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys staying active through Pilates, barre, and HIIT classes. She also loves fashion, skincare, and cooking Persian food.
