Clare Girtler began her career in administrative roles before discovering a passion for recruiting. Drawn to relationship-building and helping connect people with opportunities that align with their goals, she found recruiting to be the perfect blend of people, strategy, and problem-solving.

What Clare enjoys most about her role is being part of a process that can positively impact someone’s career path. She values candidates who demonstrate ownership, professionalism, and strong communication skills, and encourages job seekers to be intentional and proactive throughout the interview process.

Clare earned her degree in Political Science, with minors in Philosophy and Sustainability, from San Diego State University. Prior to joining Career Group, she gained experience supporting executive leadership, political campaigns, retail operations, and hospitality environments. Outside of work, Clare enjoys spending time with her dog, Marley, whether they're hiking, shopping, or exploring new places together.
