Chloe Ludovice started her career in recruiting fueled by a passion for helping people and a desire to create meaningful impact in others’ lives. With a background in public health and experience in client-facing roles, she brings strong communication skills, empathy, and a people-first approach to every search.Chloe earned her degree in Public Health from San Jose State University, where she developed a holistic understanding of how professional and personal well-being intersect.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, Chloe is driven by the opportunity to be a part of something bigger than herself. She looks for candidates who communicate clearly, show genuine interest in a role, and bring strong energy and personality to the table. Outside of work, you’ll find Chloe at the gym, taking Lagree or Pilates classes, or traveling and exploring new destinations.
