Andrei Enrico was drawn to the events industry through his passion for connecting with people and creating meaningful experiences. He enjoys meeting individuals from different backgrounds and learning about their unique stories along the way.

What Andrei loves most about his role is supporting candidates throughout the onboarding process and helping create a positive experience from the start. He values candidates who bring a positive attitude, determination, and a willingness to learn, especially in fast-paced environments.

Before joining the CGC team, Andrei gained experience in recruitment and administrative support, building a strong foundation in communication, organization, and daily operations. He studied Psychology in Metro Manila and brings a people-focused approach to his work each day.

Outside of work, Andrei enjoys reading, playing video games, and spending time golfing with friends.
