Hospitality Manager/Office Manager

A rapidly growing real estate investment and development firm in Dallas is seeking a highly proactive Hospitality Manager / Office Manager to take ownership of the firm’s office operations, workplace experience, and guest hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity to join a sophisticated, entrepreneurial organization during a significant period of growth. This role goes well beyond traditional office management. The ideal candidate will approach the workplace through a luxury hospitality lens, creating an environment that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and exceptionally well run.

Key Responsibilities
Office & Guest Experience
Create an elevated experience for employees, clients, investors, and guests from the moment they enter the office. Anticipate upcoming visitors and meetings and ensure the space is appropriately prepared. Maintain an impeccable environment throughout the day, with conference rooms, common areas, desks, etc.

Office Operations
Take full ownership of day-to-day office operations and ensure the workplace runs seamlessly without requiring significant involvement from senior leadership. Proactively manage office supplies, equipment, food and beverage, meeting spaces, and other workplace needs. Identify and resolve issues before they impact the broader team.

Vendor & Facilities Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, IT support, service providers, suppliers, and other external vendors. Manage vendor relationships, oversee service quality, track contracts and renewals, and ensure facilities-related issues are addressed quickly and effectively.

Budget Management
Manage the day-to-day office budget, including expense tracking, vendor costs, and discretionary workplace spending. Partner with Finance on annual planning while taking ownership of maintaining spending within established parameters.

Employee Events & Internal Hospitality
Plan and execute approximately six employee events annually, including quarterly gatherings, company celebrations, and other team experiences. Support investor and client events hosted in the office by overseeing the workplace, hospitality, and vendor components from start to finish.

Workplace Standards
Develop and maintain consistent standards for how the office is presented and operated. Establish daily opening, reset, and closing routines to ensure the workplace is always polished, organized, stocked, and ready for employees and guests.

Who You Are
You are proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable operating with significant autonomy. Rather than waiting for a playbook, you assess what needs to happen, make sound decisions, and execute.
Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds including luxury hospitality, private clubs, fine dining, private aviation, family offices, corporate workplace experience, or high-touch professional services environments.

Qualifications
