UI/UX & Web Designer
An integrated strategy and marketing agency is seeking a UI/UX & Web Designer to lead the design of digital experiences across client websites, landing pages, interactive tools, and campaign microsites. This person will serve as the creative team’s go-to resource for UI/UX and web design, partnering with strategists, developers, and creative leads from initial concept through launch.

What You’ll Do
- Lead UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, digital tools, microsites, and interactive experiences
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Design responsive experiences across desktop, mobile, and other devices
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries
- Translate campaign and communications goals into intuitive digital experiences
- Partner with developers throughout implementation to maintain design quality and feasibility
- Participate in client presentations, creative reviews, and new-business pitches
- Manage project timelines, design documentation, handoffs, and external development partners
- Help refine the team’s web design processes and best practices
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in UI/UX, web design, or a related digital design role
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and polished visual execution
- Experience designing responsive websites and digital products
- Working knowledge of front-end development principles, including HTML and CSS
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines in a fast-moving agency environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow, web-development workflows, or data visualization is a plus
- Political campaigns, advocacy, public affairs, or agency experience is also a plus
