Media Strategy Coordinator

Our client, a global entertainment company, is looking for a Media Strategy Coordinator on a freelance basis, ASAP! This role is fully onsite in NYC and lasts through June 2027.

Responsibilities
• Support Senior Manager and team to strategize and execute paid media campaigns to propel subscriber acquisition and growth
• Own day-to-day creative asset request and trafficking process across multiple media partners (social, search, affiliate, OTT, etc), including intake, spec-matching, and delivery confirmation
• Maintain and update the internal spec database across partners, flagging changes and gaps
• Support execution of on-device paid media campaigns across service-sell, originals, movies, and sports initiatives
• Support the monthly budget reconciliation process for on-device media campaigns
• Track asset requests and campaign trafficking status across a growing partner and regional footprint, escalating delays or gaps to the Senior Manager

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree + 0-2 years of experience in media, ad operations, or a related coordination role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly across specs, deadlines, and asset versions
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A data-driven mindset — comfortable pulling and organizing reporting
• Ability to manage a high volume of requests across multiple partners and time zones without dropping details
• Experience with project management or trafficking tools like JIRA, Airtable, or a DAM system
