Personal Assistant to UHNWI

A confidential private office is seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant to provide hands-on support to a UHNWI. This is a high-trust role requiring exceptional organization, discretion, judgment, and the ability to independently manage a wide range of personal and logistical needs.

Responsibilities:
-Manage complex personal logistics, scheduling, appointments, and reservations
-Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel
-Liaise with internal teams, household staff, vendors, and external contacts
-Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and manage changing priorities
-Maintain organization across multiple requests, schedules, and time zones
-Handle highly confidential matters with discretion

Qualifications:
-10+ years of PA/EPA experience, ideally supporting UHNW individuals or families
-Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
-Strong international travel coordination experience
-Highly tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
-Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently
-Polished, discreet, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
