CRM Specialist

Our client in the Fasion and Retail space is looking for a CRM Specialist to help create and deliver customer communications that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention. You’ll manage day-to-day CRM campaigns across email, SMS, mobile app, and direct mail while working with teams across the business. This is a great role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 3-month temp role starting ASAP in Los Angeles.
Pay: $33/hr

What You’ll Do
• Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, mobile app, and direct mail.
• Manage campaign calendars, customer journeys, and campaign documentation.
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, and Business Intelligence teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure everything is delivered accurately and on time.
• Build and launch SMS and in-app campaigns.
• Support lifecycle marketing campaigns, including promotional and automated/triggered communications.
• Monitor campaign results and support testing, reporting, and optimization.
• Help manage customer segments and loyalty program communications.
• Research competitors and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in CRM, marketing, e-commerce, project management, or a similar role.
• Experience working with cross-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Oracle ORCE, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with JIRA or Asana.
• Experience with loyalty programs and customer segmentation.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
